Service Tool not showing interger values via the Log Function

I recently updated Guide and service tool to the latest revision 7.1.10 and found that some but not all of the check points don't have any data.  all of my Boolean checkpoints operate just fine but the integer checkpoints are hit and miss....some work some don't. I hooked up our production laptop that is running 5.0.9 and everything works fine on it.  anyone else run into this?   I did try rolling back to an earlier version of service tool and had no luck.  thanks in advance

FYI...Solved

Spoke with Randy at Danfoss and came up with the solution...this is for windows 7

1. Right click desktop and select screen resolution
2. you should see an option for "Make text and other items larger or smaller" select this option
3. select "Smaller - 100%" or choose "Set custom text size (DPI)"  and use the drop down box to select 100% which should be 96 pixels per inch
4. you will need to log off for settings to take effect

Everything should display correctly now!
