DP700-03-01-01-02-04-01 Up/Down Buttons hardly to press

I can't believe it:
We come from a DP610 and DP610TM and want to change to DP700 because of display resolution.
But the buttons on DP700 are not easy to press, especially the up/down buttons.
Have you the same problem? What say your customers? 
I am very disappointed!
How can I get a good display with high resolution and switches, which are easy to press?
What have you noticed about this DP700?

I had heard that some few months back they made a big button update to the DP700 units because of this very issue.  Is yours a newer one that the buttons still are bad?

Yes. they told me, there will be an update soon.
There are also produced some. But I don't know, if we can get them today. I will see.

Hi all - I talked to the group responsible for implementing this update into production and it sounds like the current schedule is to be in full production with the new buttons in March, 2017.  I have had a chance to play with the updated buttons myself, and they are a fantastic improvement!

The bigger question I would like to ask is if there is a way to get the buttons in our currently owned units replaced for the updated or is the whole front changed?

Good question Mike - I believe the change is actually to the outer bezel in addition to the buttons and there's no way to replace any parts.

Does anyone know if the DP720 displays with the updated buttons have gone into production? Has anyone received a DP720 with improved up / down buttons.

We have 12 that were supplied to us recently and the up & down buttons are still poor.
I checked one of the screens and it has the following details:-
Birth Date 2017-05-02
Part Number 1 11130496 Revision O
Part Number 2 11126326 Revision J

Sorry the DP720 has not been updated yet unfortunately. It is in the scope to be done.
