Administrator privilages

Is it just me?

Every time I start GUIDE 6.1.6.3 I always get this message.  "Warning: GUIDE was not started with administrator privileges.  Some functionality might be unavailable".

If I right click on the shortcut icon and select " run as administrator" it's OK, but I have to do this every single time I start GUIDE.

Is there away around this?
What functionality might not be available?
