Translating text definitions on a CSV file

Hello everyone! I need to translate all of the text on my display. I've exported text data, sent the .csv file to a translator, and got the translations. Now I'm having trouble adding the translations to the .csv and importing back into GUIDE.

What is the best way to add a bulk amount of translations to a Plus+1 program?

So, what i had to do to import edited .csv files back into GUIDE, was to export my text data from GUIDE again, and open that file with a text editor (i use sublime). Then copy the translated file into the text editor, save and import.
For some reason once you opened the .csv in excel it just doesn't work anymore for GUIDE.
