Bidirectional PWM drive configuration
« on: December 27, 2013, 04:00:58 AM »
Sir,
I'm to set two port as birdirectional PWM drive. How should I configure and connect the line? For example in MC050-10 use Clp37 and Clp38. I set th Pinconfig=8 in Clp37 and connect the output drive to its outputValue. How should I config in Cpl38? I got compile error.

My question is the config in Clp37 is "8", what should be in the Clp38? "0"?

Can you tell me what you are trying to drive? A coil? Two coils?

When for example I am driving a 90 series pump EDC bi-directional, I configure two pins with the same PinConfig value. As the EDC has two coils, I connect one side of the first coil to C1p37 and the other to ground. And the other coil, I connect the one side to C1p38 and the other to ground. As far as I know, to have reverse polarity you need to use two pins configured the same way.

I just did this with an MC024. I made both of my output pinconfigs equal to 8.

Hope this helps.

Can I use Plus+1 micro. to read PPU signal as encoder signal for distance measurement, at low motor speed?
